Cancellation policy and booking conditions

Conditions of change of date, time or cancellation

The date and time of our outdoor Escape Rooms can be changed with at least 2 days in advance (48 hours before the start of the game).

Cancellation policy:

• If the cancellation is made 3 days in advance (72 hours before) the full price will be refunded.
• If canceled 2 days in advance (48 hours before) the money is not refunded but we offer you the possibility to book the game on the day and time you want, depending on availability.
• If canceled less than 2 days in advance (in less than 48 hours) or at the last minute, there will be no refunds or other options.

Gift vouchers with an open date do not allow cancellations or refunds and are valid for 1 year.

Minimum age allowed to participate in our outdoor Escape Rooms

Although our games are suitable for all types of audiences, the minimum age allowed to participate alone (without adults) in our outdoor Escape Rooms is 14 years old. Participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Who can not participate in our games

Under no circumstances will we accept players under the influence of alcohol or any drug. We reserve the right to cancel the Escape Room at any time without accepting full or partial refunds or changes of date or time.

Number of participants

For groups of more than 6 people, an extra charge will be charged. Urban Escapers has different ways to verify that the number of players indicated in the booking is the real one.

In the event that the real number of participants exceeds the number of players previously declared and paid, the possibility of paying the difference before the start of the Escape Room is offered or the game will be cancelled without the possibility of refunding any amounts already paid.

Compliance with schedules

We are very strict with the compliance of the fixed schedules. Urban Escapers reserves the right to cancel the outdoor Escape Room if it considers that the delay is not justified. However, if the delay is less than 20 minutes, the game is not canceled but the Escape Room time is reduced. Otherwise, we cancel the activity without the possibility of refunding the money.

Minimum advance notice to make a booking request

Any of our outdoor Escape Rooms must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. The reservation system of our website is established in such a way that any reservation that you want to make includes the minimum time that we need to prepare all the necessary logistics.
