Instructions to make a booking request of our Outdoor Escape Rooms

Select the game you are interested in from the drop-down menu.
Choose the day and time that suit you best.
Tell us how many people are going to participate in the Outdoor Escape Room.
Fill in the form with your personal information (name of the person who makes the reservation, their email and phone number).
You can use the “Message” field if you want to give us more information or have any questions.
Accept our Privacy Policy, introduce the security code and press “SUBMIT”.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Once you send your booking request, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation (check your “Unwanted” or “Spam” folder). As soon as we process your request, we will contact you to inform you about the payment methods available as well as the details about the starting point of the game.

Important notice:
This is a booking request (pre-booking), to finish processing the booking it is essential to make payment of the game. The booking request expires in 48 hours. After that period, the booking is automatically cancelled.

Urban Escapers opening hours

We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday. The latest Outdoor Escape Room of the day can take place at 7:00 p.m.

If you want to make a last minute reservation, book at a time that does not appear on the calendar or later than 7:00 p.m., contact us through our contact form or send us an e-mail to info@urbanescapers.com to check availability.

Duration and prices of the games

Outdoor Escape Room in Barcelona “Secrets of the Ancient Barcelona”

3,5 hours (Medium Level): 79€ for teams of 2 to 6 people.*
2 hours (High Level): 59€ for teams of 2 to 6 people.*

*For groups of more than 6 participants an extra surcharge will be charged. Ask conditions for more information.

To play you will only need your mobile phone with internet connection and your desire to have fun. During the whole game you will be accompanied by our Game Master, who will send you live riddles that you have to solve in the streets of the city.
